Terms of Service

CoachFlowHub is a coaching platform in three areas — Job Placement, Professional Development, and Life & Wellness — where independent coaches work with clients, supported by AI tools (resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn drafts, coaching feedback, and learning content) built on Anthropic's Claude models. CoachFlowHub operates the platform, the AI tools, and the marketplace where coaches and clients find each other; it does not itself provide coaching.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential; tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

There are three kinds of accounts: Coach, Client, and Admin (CoachFlowHub's own team). Coach accounts are opened by our team rather than self-serve, so we can confirm the coach's credentials before they take on clients.

A coach using CoachFlowHub is an independent professional, not an employee or agent of CoachFlowHub. The coaching relationship — its methodology, advice, and outcomes — is between the coach and the client. CoachFlowHub provides the platform, the AI tools, and the CoachFlowHub Good Practices Agreement every coach accepts, but does not supervise individual sessions and is not a party to the coaching relationship.

CoachFlowHub does not guarantee that using the Service will get you a job, a promotion, or any other specific outcome. The Service is a tool that helps you and your coach work toward your goal; the result still depends on you, your coach, and factors outside either party's control, such as an employer's decision.

Coaches sell their services through packages, priced and described on their own profile, purchased through the Service's checkout. Clients may also purchase AI credit packs directly from CoachFlowHub to generate AI documents outside of a coach's package.

CoachFlowHub charges a commission on transactions made through the platform between a coach and a client the platform connected them with. The applicable amount is shown at the time of the transaction; it is not fixed in these Terms, and CoachFlowHub reserves the right to set and change it, with notice to affected coaches, as described in Section 12.

All charges are shown to you before you confirm a purchase. We do not store your full card details — our payment provider handles that.

Resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn drafts, coaching feedback, and similar documents that CoachFlowHub generates are produced by AI (built on Anthropic's Claude models) from information you or your coach provide. The AI is built never to invent achievements, qualifications, or experience you have not told it about — but it is still a drafting tool, not a guarantee: you, and your coach where applicable, are responsible for reviewing anything the AI produces before you use it, send it to an employer, or rely on it, and for the accuracy of what you submitted to it in the first place.

In Life & Wellness specifically, the AI supports your own reflection — it does not do that reflection for you, and it does not tell you what to feel or what your experience means.

You own the personal information and career material you upload or enter (your master resume, your answers, your goals). By using the Service, you grant CoachFlowHub the license needed to process, store, and display that information to provide the Service to you and, where applicable, to your coach.

Documents the AI generates for you — a tailored resume, a cover letter, a LinkedIn draft — belong to you once generated. Course content a coach builds and publishes on CoachFlowHub remains that coach's content; purchasing a course or certificate gives you a personal license to access and complete it, not ownership of the coach's material.

You agree not to: provide false information about yourself or anyone else; upload another person's personal data without the right to do so; use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone; attempt to copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or its AI prompts; or interfere with the Service's normal operation. We may remove content or suspend access that violates this Section.

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us (Section 13); what happens to your data afterward is described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, including Section 7, or that we are required to act on by law. Ending a coaching relationship inside the Service does not, by itself, end these Terms for either party's own account.

The Service is provided "as is." CoachFlowHub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities, or that any AI-generated content will be error-free or fit for a specific employer's requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Panamanian law, CoachFlowHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including a missed job opportunity, a coaching outcome you did not achieve, or content an employer or other third party rejected. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid CoachFlowHub in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Panama, unless you and CoachFlowHub agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for a change that affects how coaches are charged (Section 4), we will notify affected coaches before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
